We had a wonderful time at Tanya’s Aunt and Uncle’s house in the Wilmington area. They are wonderful hosts and Thanksgiving dinner was amazing (thank you so much)! We are in Charleston SC. From Wrightsville Beach NC we went “outside” into the Atlantic and after 29 hours (24 sailing!) we arrived in Charleston. We got here Sunday around noon, took on fuel and water, anchored, ate and collapsed, slept for 14 hours! Going sightseeing tomorrow. Will update soon!

We were in Beaufort NC a few days longer than expected due to a persistent weather system, but it was a nice place to be trapped! Departing
We are attempting to depart Beaufort tomorrow. The weather forecast is less horrible tomorrow so we are going to give it a shot. We are going about half way to Wrightsville Beach. All subject to change. One of the homes across the street from the anchorage:
