Melbourne (Australia)
After cleaning up the boat we took a quick trip to Melbourne. We drove from Sydney to Melbourne, 9 ½ hours, parked the car and took public transportation into the city. Public transport in Australia is excellent and in the center of the city it’s free!
We visited the Melbourne Star, a giant Ferris wheel, which is part of a huge shopping mall in the Docklands, near the Melbourne Central Business District or CBD:
