Hampton Virginia

Posted by on November 5, 2012

Recap. We had a still and restful night anchored in Smith Creek VA. We departed early the next morning and motor sailed down the Chesapeake Bay to Fishing Bay, Deltaville VA. We got up early again and motor sailed yet again, to Hampton VA, just north of Norfolk. We are anchored as far up the Hampton River as we could get. We ran into our friends Michel and Monique on S/V Zen, it’s great to meet up with them again!

Really enjoying the pictures. Many of them bring back memories of my trip south in 2000. Too bad you have to ride out another storm. That’s cruising. Enjoy the stay and be safe.
